I learned plenty during my time there, both about different way of\nworking with prizing, the difficulties of having the right price when you hare hundreds\nof thousands different spare parts, and also the cultural differences between\nthe three countries Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. In other words \u2013 a great\nproject!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now I\u2019m sitting at the strategic department in Stockholm HQ\nwhere I currently look at the value chain of oats within Lantm\u00e4nnen. Plenty is\nhappening within oats in the food industry so it\u2019s a very hot topic here at\nLantm\u00e4nnen. So far, I\u2018ve had the great opportunity to attend external meetings which\nhave given me insight in how to work with strategic questions, also on how decisions\nare made.
