Working as an HR-trainee at Husqvarna is truly an experience. I finished my second assignment in our finance team in September and I just moved to the US for 6 months \u2013 do I have to say I\u2019m excited?? \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nThe trainee program and the tasks have been a true experience so far. Coming to the finance department with an HR background was challenging to say the least. But with the challenge came a lot of learnings. If I\u2019d guess about my future I wouldn\u2019t be surprised if this was the most important rotation in my trainee program. <\/p>\n<p>One thing that cannot be overstated is the value of the network you get as a trainee. First of all you get the opportunity to work in multiple divisions in multiple countries. In addition to that you have your trainee group which consists of people from all over the world and who are spread out over all different divisions and countries within the company. After the trainee program you are most likely one of very few people who can honestly say that you know what\u2019s really going on in the company \ud83d\ude09 <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.traineebloggen.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/traineebloggen\/2017\/10\/visings\u00f6-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-6214\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.traineebloggen.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/traineebloggen\/2017\/10\/visings\u00f6-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/www.traineebloggen.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/traineebloggen\/2017\/10\/visings\u00f6.jpg 720w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>So the question your probably still asking yourself\u2026 How is it to live and work in Huskvarna, a tiny village outside of J\u00f6nk\u00f6ping?<br \/>\nWhen I first moved to J\u00f6nk\u00f6ping I was blown away of how beautiful the city is. It\u2019s literally on the beach of V\u00e4ttern. I moved here from Gothenburg and I had never been to the area before. If you come from a bigger city, I can totally understand that you might be a bit hesitant to moving to a smaller city\u2026But let me just say, \u2013 you won\u2019t regret it. J\u00f6nk\u00f6ping is a really nice city, with a broad selection of bars, restaurants and caf\u00e9s. It\u2019s also very close to the nature (the views of V\u00e4ttern is breathtaking) and has many sites to explore in the nearby area.   <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.traineebloggen.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/traineebloggen\/2017\/10\/20171005_204543-300x197.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"197\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-6216\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.traineebloggen.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/traineebloggen\/2017\/10\/20171005_204543-300x197.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.traineebloggen.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/traineebloggen\/2017\/10\/20171005_204543-768x504.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.traineebloggen.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/traineebloggen\/2017\/10\/20171005_204543.jpg 960w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>So to sum up. The absolute best thing of the trainee program is all the amazing people you will meet. Husqvarna is a very international company so prepare yourself to meet new friends from all over the world.
