{"id":5685,"date":"2017-02-16T16:57:49","date_gmt":"2017-02-16T15:57:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.traineebloggen.se\/?p=5685"},"modified":"2017-02-16T17:00:09","modified_gmt":"2017-02-16T16:00:09","slug":"make-every-day-count","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.traineebloggen.se\/index.php\/2017\/02\/trainee\/make-every-day-count\/","title":{"rendered":"Make every day Count!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Whenever we thought about a trainee program the first definition on our minds could be \u201cdevelopment and challenge\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>I can say that after almost 6 months as a Global Trainee in such an international organization those 2 Worlds\u00a0are just the beginning to start describing the full experience this has represented for me.<\/p>\n<p>Every day I feel like taking advantage of new learning possibilities I may face during meetings, projects, ideas, or small talks I may have with my colleagues, I feel this 2 years are running so fast and we need to appreciate and take every challenge as an opportunity to be better tomorrow.<\/p>\n<p>Yesterday I was starting my first rotation, meeting all the trainees in the different functions and taking our introduction module together.
