In this post I\u2019ll update on the great Lean Foundations course I recently attended at our Gothenburg offices.<\/p>\n<p>Fujitsu\u2019s Japanese roots are visible in many of our ways of working and this is especially true when it comes to the use of Lean management. For this reason, a three-day introductory course is available for employees of Fujitsu who are intereste<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.traineebloggen.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/traineebloggen\/2016\/12\/Lean.jpg\" alt=\"Lean Champions!\" width=\"556\" height=\"313\" \/>d in working with Lean in their teams. The course was a fantastic mix of activities, lectures and games and was attended by both Fujitsu colleagues and Master students from Chalmers University.<\/p>\n<p>The introductory course covered key areas of Lean such as; Visual Steering, Waste, Standard Work, 5S \u2013 Workplace Organization and much more.
