Vi kommer att jobba p\u00e5 Stockholms kontoret i en vecka p\u00e5 Service Desk. P\u00e5 Service-Desk erbjuder vi v\u00e5ra kunder en professionell support som optimerar deras TRADExpress upplevelse. <\/p>\n<p>Beroende p\u00e5 vad kunden har best\u00e4llt s\u00e5 kan vi erbjuda support. Det kan vara dygnet runt som i MarkitServ projektet. De som jobbar p\u00e5 Service Desk jobbar i olika skift. Planen \u00e4r att vi provar alla olika skift under en vecka. Det ska bli sp\u00e4nnande. Vi har tr\u00e4ffat m\u00e5nga av v\u00e5ra medarbetare p\u00e5 Service-Desk och de f\u00f6rklarar f\u00f6r oss hur allting funkar. P\u00e5 Service-Desk \u00e4r det fokus p\u00e5 alla servrar som vi \u00f6vervakar. Vi har ocks\u00e5 checklistor f\u00f6r \u00f6vervakning av vissa system.<\/p>\n<p>Vi kan se status f\u00f6r alla system p\u00e5 stora sk\u00e4rmar som finns h\u00e4r. Alla grinder p\u00e5 kontoret st\u00e4ngs kl 22 och larmet \u00e4r p\u00e5 fr\u00e5n kl 24.
